Allazkhor Subsector: The Allazkhor Subsector has an estimated population
in 1202 of approximately 3.37 billion, a decline of 91.7% from its Pre-Collapse
population. Adhungna has the highest population (3 billion) and shares the
highest tech level rating (8) with Athdong. The Allazkhor Subsector had an
estimated population in 1120 of approximately 40.5 billion. Its highest
population was 40 billion at Adhungna, and its highest tech level was 14 at
Allazhor.
Subsector Notes:
Rebellion Era:
"The Assemblage of 1116 is an opportunist Vargr state formed after
news of Strephon's assassination reached Tuglikki. Led by the dictatorial
Arruna Kosghaele Zal of Ngorsraek (1937), the Assemblage has extended
its influence over 31 worlds in Deneb and Tuglikki sectors.
Zal formed the Assemblage from the remains of the Erkaghodo Concordat,
a political group that collapsed in 1083. The Concordat ruled loosely; its
member worlds retained their freedom, although they agreed on a set form of
federal government. Nevertheless, charismatic opposition groups caused the
Concordat's fall seven years after its creation - a fate the Assemblage may
yet confront.
The Assemblage is fiercely hostile to the Imperium. While Archduke Norris's
fleets have managed to stave off many raids by independent corsairs, Assemblage
forces have wreaked major damage on the economies of Lamas and Antra Subsectors.
Shipping and communications in that region have been severely disrupted since
the rise of the Assemblage four years ago."

TNE:
The unity of Vargr at Otsorrg (1833) broke when Virus hit. Several
factions are competing over the remaining bits of technology as well as the
starport. Salvage from the ruins of the naval base have enabled the leading
nation (Naekgron) to maintain the startport at its current C rating.
Adhungna (1836) was a prosperous and heavily populated base for
corsairs. The success of the corsairs raiding Imperial worlds during the last
Imperial Civil War turned out to be their own downfall. The orbital starport
committed suicide by spiralling into one of the world's oceans. Infected
ships turned on their former owners and bombarded the planet's population
centers killing over 36 billion people. The survivors have recovered fairly
well but have split into several nation states.
Oeghoer (1934) and Thaesugh (1935) weathered Virus well but for
different reasons. The bureaucracy of Oeghoer, while hindering technological
development also focused on redundancy. What little technology they lost was
easy to replace. The technophiles on Thaesugh carefully preserved templates
and knowledge of their working systems and have been able to replace systems
as they are either infected or wear out.
Allazkhor (2335) was the rimward capital of the Windhorn Pact of
Two. It was one of the more progressive Vargr worlds in its day. It had an
honest and fair government combined with superior technology (TL14). The
populace made the most of their ecologically poor world. Their dependence upon
technology to survive the harsh climate of their world led to their doom when
Virus struck them.
The bureaucrats lost favor and power when Virus hit Aerverllol (2336).
The new government has been actively hunting for remnants of lost technology.
They have done everything possible to keep a handful of ships and their
starport alive. A daring attempt to contact their neighbors is in the works.
