Misjump Roll

I use the CT standard Misjump roll of 13+ on 2d6. 16+ for destruction (though I prefer to use alternatives).

Die Modifiers: DM+1 if the players are using unrefined fuel
DM+1 per month the ship is overdue for annual maintenance.
Proximity to Planet (or other body): See below

If you jump within the 100 diameter limit, then the added DM is proportional to your distance from the safe jump limit. I thought that the original +5/+10 thing was too arbitrary so I spread it out.

For less than 10 diameters out, the misjump rate goes up at a rate of DM+1 per diameter.

IMTU, I take the density of stars and gas giants into account for calculating their safe jump distances so rather than diameters, it's a percentage.
