India Buys Subs
I had no idea that India even had a navy, let alone that they were
in the market for
new submarines. No, they're not the nuclear variety.
I've never thought of India as a naval power. I was under the (false) impression
that they just let the US patrol the Indian Ocean by default. I wonder what
other types of ships they have.
